We are successful professionals and entrepreneurs, with a successful history of creating and managing companies in service industries. We saw the need and opportunity to grow cannabis in a state and locally licensed location in Desert Hot Springs. We purchased a 16 acres land and got a CUP for cultivation, processing, infusion, edible etc. There will be 8 warehouses with each 36,000 square feet of cultivation area. We are expecting that with legalization of cultivation, there will be a crack down on grow facilities without licenses which don't pay any taxes. Considering that cannabis cultivation will be legal in many southern states for the foreseeable time. We are in process of becoming one of the larges cultivators in the country.
